Joined Yonex in 1998, assigned to Tennis production team. After transferring to Badminton production, I became the Manager of Tennis production team.

What is your current job description?
In charge of managing production process of Tennis racquets, improving production process and develop more efficient ways of painting racquets.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your current job?
I enjoy improving the production process and see the results of efficienct production.
What is your outlook for the future?
I would like to train the younger generation and hope they can become a manager with a solid skill set.
