Yonex does not regard disability as a disability, but rather as an individual characteristic, and is working to foster a culture (e.g. providing workshops to all employees about interdepence amongst each other) that respects and accepts each employee's independence and allows them to play an active role.

ヨネックスは、障がいとはとらえず個々の特性も能力のひとつとしてとらえ、社員一人ひとりの自主性を尊重し受け入れ、PWDA社員とともに働く上で必要な配慮や障がいの特性を学ぶセミナー等を開催していく方向性となっております。
